Dr. Simon Melikian is the Founder, President and CEO of Recognition Robotics, Inc. He is one of the pioneers in visual recognition and an expert in the design and practical implementation of the self learning algorithm. He has created products that mimic the human cognitive ability in recognizing objects regardless to their presentation.

Joe Cyrek has comprehensive experience in manufacturing, process engineering, plant operations/production, systems engineering, and operation management while using engineering and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and quantify system performance.

Joe’s expertise in modern manufacturing methodologies (6- Sigma, lean manufacturing, process and continuous improvement), DFMEA, PFMEA, Global 8D, Kaizen, Taguchi, Gage R& R, Contribution Analysis, New Product Launch, Test/Reliability, and common sense manufacturing will add value to most processes.

His international management, team building and leadership skills complete this well rounded, common sense leader.
